What does pricing for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide include?

Our package pricing for Semaglutide and Tirzepatide include a 1:1 consult with a board certified Nurse Practitioner, customized nutrition and exercise plans, counseling of lifestyle modifications, and 8-10 weeks of medication. Therapy duration is dependent on medication and patient dosing. Patient will receive pdf copies of nutritional and exercise materials for ongoing home education to help them achieve their desired weight goals.

Does insurance cover these medications?

For clients who wish to have insurance determination for coverage, we recommend a consult with your primary care physician. The FDA has approved both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide for specific medical conditions, however, there are often criteria that must be met prior to coverage. At Desert Bloom Health & Wellness, our packages are specific for weight loss and are not covered by insurance.

Anyone with a history of MEN (multiple endocrine neoplasia) tumor, medullary thyroid cancer, bowel obstructions, gastroparesis, severe constipation, history of pancreatic cancer or pancreatitis
